Lisa O. Jones founded Pavilion Properties in 1997. Pavilion Properties recently completed the development of Peter Jefferson Place, a 240-acre mixed-use project in Charlottesville, Virginia. Other projects in Charlottesville include downtown office development, retail centers and warehouse redevelopment. In addition, her firm represented the Commonwealth of Virginia in all real estate transactions in Central Virginia for over a decade.

Prior to founding Pavilion Properties, Lisa Jones worked with the Kessler Group in Charlottesville, as well as Childress Klein Properties and the Trammell Crow Company in Richmond.  Her work there included developing mixed-use planned communities, suburban office parks and large warehouse facilities. Lisa has a degree in Economics from the University of Virginia and also a Masters Degree in Business from the Darden School at the University of Virginia.
